We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only collect/have access to such information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, with the following exceptions:

- We will confirm your membership status with our organization (i.e., whether you are a member or a Ethics Professional in good standing, and your dates of membership) upon request.
- We will use the membership status and contact information of EPA members so that we can inform you of networking opportunities, Continuing Professional Education offerings, and similar information.
Otherwise, we will not release your contact information, except with your permission or subject to a valid legal directive. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new offerings or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We automatically log data and use cookies to store data. We do so for the purpose of marketing and technical administration of the website, and we track activity to/from other websites. You may set the privacy settings on your browser to reject cookies and sessions with us. Our website may not support Do Not Track signals.

2. Trademark Usage
“EPA”, “Ethics Practitioners’ Association” the EPA Logo and related Corporate Identity, names and logos are the property of the Ethics Practitioners’ Association.
The EPA may terminate your membership or take legal action if it finds that you have violated any of the Trademark Usage Requirements. In addition, the EPA may terminate your right to use any EPA trademark if: (i) the EPA finds that you have violated any of the Usage Requirements; or (ii) the EPA determines that you are using an EPA trademark without authorization. Your right to use any EPA trademark automatically terminates when your EPA membership terminates or expires. You agree to cooperate with the EPA if it becomes necessary for the EPA to take any action to enforce any of its rights in any of the Licensed Trademarks.
Trademark Usage Requirements:
You acknowledge in whole or in part that the EPA is the sole owner of the trademarks and promise that you will not interfere with the trademark rights of the EPA, including challenging the EPA’s use of, registration of, or application to register such trademarks, alone or in combination with other words, anywhere in the world, and that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any EPA trademark. The goodwill derived from using any part of any EPA trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to EPA. You may not use EPA trademarks in any way that suggests that the EPA is the source of the goods or services that you offer or create the impression, directly or indirectly, that the EPA sponsors or endorses any product or service without the EPA’s prior written consent. To avoid misleading the public, do not use EPA trademarks as part of your company, product, service name or adjacent to a business name. EPA trademarks must not appear more prominently than your company title and logo. Do not use EPA trademarks as backgrounds or watermarks. You may not use any EPA Trademark as any part of an Internet domain name, website name, letterhead, e-mail address, or metatag. You may not use any name, logo, or symbol that is confusingly similar to an EPA Trademark. You use of the EPA trademarks must not reflect unfavorably on EPA and its products or services.
Required Permission
Use of EPA trademarks in print, multi-media, advertising, promotional material, on clothing or other merchandise requires the express permission of the EPA.
